Dysphagia

For people with dysphagia, “normal” eating is often impossible. The minced food is unrecognizable and does not improve appetite. Budelfood therefore uses 3D food printers to produce food with a soft texture in recognizable shapes and flavors. The customer-ready, frozen and printed food products are easy to heat up in the oven. During the heating process, the food retains its shape. So there is no plate of pureed food on the table, but only normal looking vegetables.
